A Business Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue and fostering long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their evolving requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective communication and alignment in delivering client solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations in collaboration with the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems or other designated tools.
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry knowledge to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of any client-related issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment, with a track record of building successful client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive revenue growth and secure long-term partnerships.
Ability to understand and analyze clients' business needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
